Another precious Newborn

I drove up to Swansea this week to photograph this precious little angel. She is just a couple weeks old! We had lots of fun with her, because she was very sleepy and slept through most of her first photo shoot! Here are a few shots, J & D. I'll work hard to get the others up on line by the weekend! Thanks for a great time with L. She is a beautiful, beautiful Baby!

7 Weeks

Enjoyed the afternoon with Emma and Caitlin in Boston. I can't believe how interactive she is for only 7 weeks. She smiles the moment she wakes up and 100 times in between. A happy kid, just like her Mamma. I caught quiet a few smiles but I love the eyes, wide open! Emma Grace, you are so sweet little one! And a lucky girl to have a Mommy who loves you so much that when she's folding your little clothes, she cries!

Abby

I was handed an added bonus yesterday at the Rays soccer game when Miss Abby arrived in her First Holy Communion dress! She was like a diamond in the rough...I love these photos for a few reasons..#1 reason, I love Contrast! To shoot beautiful people amongst everday urban settings is definately one of my fav's. Here we had a parking lot and a big, beautiful, very blue dumpster! Another contrast here, is Abby, herself! She has another side; VERY tough on the soccer field, like her sister! I love the sneakers! Here's a sneek peek, J, of some of the shots we got. i'll post the others in a few days!

Special Friends

There are many, many people we meet during our life journey, and out of the many friends we make there are our favorites. These are some of our fav's.....

Mom asked me to do some studio shots before they moved out of town , and the kids and I decided to surprise her with a morning full of photos, all around town, the beach, the park..It wasn't an ordinary photo shoot for me, cuz i LOVE these kids! It was a time to spend together, just hanging, just chillin, laughing and having fun. C has been like the 4th Sister around her for many years. My daughters have grown to love her like a sister, and what can we say about B??? We all adore him!!!

We never said "goodbye", they only moved an hour away, but regardless, this street will never, ever be the same. I hope we remain friends forever J, from the first day I met you, I felt a kindred spirit.
Here are you beautiful children. Captured the best I know how...go to http://www.sevengablesphotography.com/ for more!

My Little Fox

Some mornings are just more special than others..this one started out with the sun shining, a good cup of java, and a visitor to the pond. Check him out! He hung out about a half hour, picking up left over crackers I had thrown out to the birds. I'll have to be more careful as I have my little Buster and Sophie to worry about. I think this Fox could probably make a snack of Buster, (my cat) who sat by the slider, at my feet, while I fired off a couple frames.. Unfortunatley I had to do so threw the window glass, but i was able to get a couple keepers. Paul's spotted this Fox a few other times, so I wonder if he's moved into the neighborhood. The Fisher Cat population seems to have dropped off, so maybe he has.
ONE of the many benefits of living in the Woods....mornings, such as these!!!

Easter 2009

Easter this year was different because we were all down a few players...Jenny had to work, Ellen managed to come down with the Chicken Pox (go fiqure) Grandma Schneids was not feeling her best, Billy spent Easter on the west coast, and Mike and his family stayed in Vermont. But we did manage a front yard soccer game with the team we had and as always, it was a lot of fun around here. We hit the Studio for a couple of shots and it was really cool to have the 4 generations together for a photo. My Mom, myself, Caitlin, and little Emma. Can you believe Great Grandma is 84?? Little Grayson was sporting the new club from Uncle Billy! And little miss Emma was wearing; well........shall we say; a VERY nice outfit? :)

And he discovered that the old trampoline that his mother bought when she was in High School can be a whole lot of fun!
Life continues to delight me!!!

The Girls

I had a great opportunity to photograph some cousin's as a surprise for thier Grandparents anniversary. Are they not beautiful in these dresses? The original plan was to shoot on the beach but the weather didn't cooperate so we landed in the Studio! I love the bright, bright, colors against the white.

Thanks M, for the business. Here's a sneak peek of our photo shoot. I should have the Gallery up by tonight.

Mr. Adorable

Mr. Adorable himself stopped by the Studio this weekend for a Photo Shoot. His Mom and I had been trying for weeks to get him in, well we finally did, and it was worth the wait! Besides being completely ADORABLE, he was a charm!

The RI Rays started their season off on a good note ..Last weekend they were on the road to Ct, for the Season openers....and beat teams from Maine and NH! The girls played well again this weekend, losing to NY 1-0, on Saturday, and then coming back strong to beat the Bolts from Massachusetts yesterday 3-0! Here are a few highlights of yesterday's game.

It's so nice to see a Defender score! Great goal, Abby!

Hat's Off to these Two!

It was hat day at the Studio. Just because! Just because I LOVE a kid in a hat, and especially a custom made hat, with Love, from their Grandma in Maine! Are they not adorable! I had so much fun with these two "Littles", and we're looking forward to our shoot outside when the weather gets warmer. Where we can run crazy in the field!

Here is a sample from yesterday's shoot. More to be posted to your gallery on my website, in the next couple of days. In the meantime, show Daddy these!
